Reply by phone, email, fax, etc. within 2 hours, if the problem cannot be solved by phone, we will arrive at the customer site within 48 hours. (Except for weather, traffic jams, and other reasons).
Wanjie technology will provide free technical advice and support for customers via e-mail, telephone fax etc.
